FAQs
When should we book our Wedding DJ?
Most couples book 6 to 12 months in advance. Prime dates (especially Saturdays during spring and fall) tend to fill up quickly, so securing your date early ensures availability.
What happens if you get sick or have an emergency on the wedding day?
In the rare event of a sudden illness or emergency, I have relationships with, trusted, professional, backup DJs. I will personally transfer all your custom planning details, music preferences, and timeline notes to ensure your event runs seamlessly without missing a beat.
Can we request or ban certain songs?
Absolutely! You'll get access to an online planning portal to submit your Must-Play and Do-Not-Play lists, followed by a 1-on-1 planning call to lock down every detail. On the night, I filter all guest requests against your preferences and Do-Not-Play list to keep the vibe exactly how you want it.
What is your payment schedule and cancellation policy?
Once we confirm availability and details, I’ll send over a service contract. I place a courtesy 10-day hold on your date while you review it. To officially secure the date, a deposit (retainer) is due upon signing, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding.
