3. Venue & Safety Requirements

• Client Obligations: Clients are responsible for ensuring that performance venues provide adequate, safe, and stable electrical power, suitable shelter for outdoor setups, and an appropriate performance space.

• Safe Working Environment: We reserve the right to pause or terminate performance if equipment or personal safety is endangered by severe weather, hazardous conditions, or disruptive/unsafe attendee behavior, without refund.

4. Media & Promotional Use

• Event Content: Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to your event, we reserve the right to capture photos, audio, and video during performances for use in promotional materials, marketing campaigns, website media, and social media channels.

• Intellectual Property: All content on this website—including logos, audio mixes, text, images, and branding—is the property of DJ Sona / Vibe & Vision Productions and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without express written permission.
